Product Returns
Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied
with your recent purchase from modis.gr, you have the right to return your
product/ products free of charge.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery
date.
In all cases, product
return shipping is free of charge as long as products are being shipped by the
affiliated with modis.gr courier company, that is, ACS courier.
Do you
want to replace any of the products you have just received?
Don’t waste time and
order the product you wish for.
Some of our products
may be available in limited quantities. For that reason, the return procedure is
kept simple and needs to be completed as soon as possible in order to avoid possible
product sold-outs.
Do you want to permanently return a product?
In the case of a partial or full product return, refund takes place in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In the case of a refund, customer will be charged with 5 euros
In case of cash on
delivery purchase, customer’s bank account information (payee’s name, name of
the bank, IBAN) is needed in order for the refund to take place.

How to return a product
Before you ship a
product return package, first contact Modis Product Return Department [either
via phone (t. +302610 276155) or via e-mail ([email protected])], in order for your product return request to
be approved.

Fill in your address to
find the nearest courier store along with its contact information.
Product return package
can be either delivered to the courier employee or can be handed in to your nearest
courier store.
Please make sure to explicitly
inform the courier company that the product return shipping costs are to be
charged to the addressee.

Terms and Conditions for a product return to be
approved:

Returned product
must be in the condition in which you received it, together with all the
documents accompanying the product in the original order package (i.e. invoice,
tags, manuals, or any other paper documents).

Returns
must be made within 14 business days from the date of the purchase.
Additional Notes

Once
received, returns are processed within 15 business days. The time necessary to
post a credit to your account can vary and
is determined by the issuing bank.

We
strongly recommend you have a copy of the return product shipping (tracking) information
as well as of your purchase invoice until the refund procedure is completed.

If you
wish for in-store product return or exchange, we can assist you only during morning
hours.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the
right to cancel an order, at any time, as long as the purchase has not been completed.
In case the purchase has
been completed and paid in full (either through credit/debit card or through
bank transfer), the refund will take place in the same payment method used for the
original purchase.
