PLACING AN ORDER
You can place an order:
1) Online by visiting our E-shop
When you find a product that you’d like to purchase, select the “Buy” option related to the item of your interest. The product will automatically be added to your e-bag (shopping cart). There you can modify item quantity, delete it or continue e-shopping.
Once you have selected all the products you are interested in purchasing, press “Order Checkout” and go through the following steps:
Select whether you want to create an account and/or sign in as a member or complete your purchase as a visitor
Fill in all the necessary billing information for your purchase
Fill in all the necessary shipping information (in the case where the shipping address differs from the billing address) or select the “billing address” option.
Select the way you prefer your order to be delivered
Select the way you wish to pay for your purchase
Once you have carefully reviewed your order, along with the shipping and billing information, you can select "Send Order” (“Complete Order”).
Once your order has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all of your purchase’s details.
(Even though creating a customer account may not be a prerequisite for your purchase, it is, however, quite useful as it enables you to easily track your order or store your personal information for future use).
2) Via e-mail
You can place an order by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] , in which you need to include your contact, as well as shipping information. Upon order submission, Modis will contact you, as soon as possible, to inform you about the status of your order.
3) Via Phone
You can place your order by calling our telephone center during business hours.
